1. Ticketing

1.1 Purchase Process
You can purchase tickets securely through our website or app without the need to sign up or log in. After your purchase, you will receive an email containing a receipt, a downloadable PDF ticket, and a link to your digital ticket for easy access.
1.2 Pricing and Payments
Ticket prices are set in the currency chosen by the event host. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for your convenience. All prices include applicable taxes.
1.3 Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellation requests are managed by the respective event host from whom you bought the tickets. We do not handle cancellation requests. A service fee applies for transfers, except for free private transfers between friends. Refunds for transfers are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Event Information

2.1 Platform Role
bleane provides a platform for event hosts to organize and promote their events. We are not responsible for the content, activities, or accuracy of information provided by event hosts.
2.2 Event Host Responsibilities
Event hosts must provide detailed information about their events, including date, location, type, category tags, and performing artists (if applicable). They must ensure their events comply with all laws, safety regulations, and their refund policies.
2.3 Event Cancellations
In case of event cancellation, the event host is responsible for issuing full refunds for the ticket price according to their refund policies.
2.4 Information Accuracy
Event hosts must provide accurate and complete information on their event pages and are responsible for contacting attendees directly.
2.5 Event Visibility
Event hosts can choose whether their event is publicly listed or remains hidden on the platform. We strictly prohibit fake events or events that significantly differ from their descriptions.

3. Payment

3.1 Secure Payments
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted payment gateway. Please refer to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement for more details.
3.2 Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket and receipt for your records.
3.3 Payment Methods
Available payment methods may vary depending on the event location and your billing region. Your bank may require a 3D Secure verification step during checkout for added security.
3.4 Payment Issues
For any payment issues or missing tickets, please contact our customer support team at support@bleane.com. Please note that you are responsible for any bank charges or fees associated with your chosen payment method.

4. Fees

4.1 Inclusive Fees
The price you pay for a ticket includes all organizer fees and service fees. These fees are clearly displayed before purchase. We only refund service fees if we are directly responsible for an issue preventing you from attending the event (e.g., technical malfunction of the app preventing ticket validation).
